How to send an encrypted email

Notice

Your account must first have an Email Encryption license enabled on it. Please contact support if you are not sure about having one.

  1. Compose a new email in Outlook

2. In the new email window, click File on the top right

3. Click Encrypt and then click Encrypt-only

4. Click the back arrow and you'll notice that the email will now be sent encrypted
