Connect to a Configured VPN Server

Here are the steps you'll take to connect to a VPN server that's already been configured on your computer. Please contact us if you need to have your work VPN server configured on your computer.

Windows 11

1. Click on the Network connection icon in your system tray on the bottom right of your screen. It will look like a computer monitor if you're on wired ethernet, and like a WiFi icon if you're on wireless.
2. Click on VPN
3. Select your work VPN and click Connect

Windows 10

1. Click on the Network connection icon in your system tray on the bottom right of your screen. It will look like a computer monitor if you're on wired ethernet, and like a WiFi icon if you're on wireless.
2. Click on your work VPN at the top of the list
3. Click Connect

macOS

1. Click on the VPN icon in the top right of your screen
2. Find your work VPN connection
3. Click Connect
