Join a session from an email invitation

1. Click the link to the session

You will be taken to your host's site and the Datalys Remote client will begin downloading.

Tip: In Internet Explorer and Edge, click the Join Session panel to download the Datalys Remote client.

2. Run the Datalys Remote client

The Datalys Remote client will begin to download in your browser.

You will also see screenshots that will explain how to run the client in your browser.

Troubleshooting

If you can't download the Datalys Remote client, click Try Next Option to try another launcher.
