Connect to your computer with Datalys Remote

Connecting from a PC

1. Navigate to https://remote.datalys.it and enter your Datalys Remote username and password

(If that site is unavailable for any reason, you can go to https://datalys.hostedrmm.com:8040/Login for access as well)

2. Click on your assigned PC and then on the "Join" link in the bar on top. You may also double click on the assigned PC and it will connect you.

3. If you're on a PC you own, click on "Download App" then run the downloaded app to install Datalys Remote on your computer permanently to make future connections faster. After you've installed it, click on "Launch App" in the future.

4. Once connected to your PC, you may see a notice that you can send Ctl+Alt+Del to log in, press the "Send Ctrl+Alt+Del" link to continue.

Then click on the "Send to Screen" link to send your stored credentials to the login screen.

5. From the Datalys Remote window, you can drag and drop files, cut and paste text, print to your local printers too.

 

Connecting from a mobile device

1. Open your App Store / Play Store and install the “ConnectWise Control” application.

2. Once installed, open it and enter this into “Host URL”

https://datalys.hostedrmm.com:8040

and click "Host"
